I am doing very well thank you for caring!
Business is doing alright, I haven't advertised for a while, 3 boys keep a girl very busy, not mentioning a husband that counts for a fourth, I did a boys room the other day, he loved it & his mom cried when she saw it, hopefully tears of joy!!! It was such a tiny room, & I couldn't do much but, I did it in a vintage cars theme, & must say the end result is beautiful! I have also done Dining room drapes, & I'm busy with a little girl's room. I have to make a turn sometime to come pick up my certificate, will let you know when, would love to see you too.
I loved the course, I learnt a great deal, and was very proud of myself for completing it, never thought I would. It has given me the confidence I never had, so THANK YOU!!!

Baie dankie vir 'n ongelooflike kursus. Ek moet sê, die insig en wysheid wat ek tydens jou kursus opgedoen het is prysloos. Ek het 'n onblusbare passie vir "Interior", en geniet elke projek wat ek tot dusver aangepak het terdee. Foute is al gemaak, maar gelukkig leer 'n mens daaruit, en die volgende projek gaan makliker.
Is tans besig met twee huise in 'n estate vir twee uiteenlopende kliënte. So lekker om te sien dat hulle soveel vertoue in my opinie plaas, en werklik luister na my raad. Ook sopas 'n huis gekoop om totaal en al te restoureer. Oordrag vind kortliks plaas, en dan kan ek met die groot regmaak begin. My man ondersteun my heelhartig in my "interior" passie en glo in my vermoeëns (dit maak darem 'n groot verskil as jou maat jou bystaan in dit wat jy aanpak).
Baie dankie dat jy my grootste droom bewaarheid het deur jou kennis en tyd met my gedeel het. Sal graag gereeld verrykkende kursusse wil bywoon om my te vergewis van wat die interior veld bied.
Nogmaals baie, baie dankie.

Dearest, dearest Magi,
I just want to let you know that I received my project and certificate this morning. The envelope arrived very tattered and torn, but luckly with the contents intact. I am so sorry that I've put so much stress on you, but our postal service is really very pathetic.
I was just worried that I will never receive it and all I actually should have done was to ask if you would be able to give me another certificate if this one disappeared. My main concern was that I might never have a certificate to prove that I have done the course.
Thank you once again. I also want to thank you for this course. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed every moment of studying it. I loved the fact that it also covered the building principles and the appointment of an architect.
You are one BRILLIANT lady, and I do hope that I will one day, have the change of meeting you in person. Have a great day and a blessed Easter Greeting

Hullo Magi!
This was a lovely unexpected surprise to hear from you! Thank you very much for your mail. I loved your course. It was very educational, and the guidelines are perfect. It is easy to refer back to when stuck, and the course was well presented. I looked forward to each session we had. I really enjoyed the practical week, and I think the big thing there is to put all into practice. Whilst in the lectures, one wonders whether you'll ever be able to decorate a room, because there is so much to know and take into consideration. I think this is especially true if you haven't got your own business or haven't really been involved in interior decorating as a full time job. Doing bits and bobs for friends and family isn't really big time.
But the practical week pulled all that together and made one realise that it is easier than one thinks, and of course there are millions of possibilities, especially when we had to match the three fabrics to cover the chairs and sofas, and also when we had to put together a room with anything that was available in the shop. If I could, I would like to do the whole course again, not for any other reason but that it was so enjoyable and something so wonderful to look forward to.
And I always look in all the decorating mags to see if I can't see your advert in there, and I show it to everybody very proudly!
I have also visited your website, and I found it very well explanatory. You have some lovely photos there and I really like the new venue.
I will definitely do the coffee-thing when in Pretoria again.

Hi Magi,
Am sorry for the late reply but I wont be able to make the course. Am busy with a 4 bedroom house from scratch - all they have are 2 sofa's, a dinning room, a cluster house and am desperately trying to finish my own home. I have completed 2 nurseries which I really enjoyed as I became a grandmother to the most beautiful little girl in Jan. I really am enjoying myself and doing your course has been the best thing I could have ever done - I never imagined that I would be so busy though!

I would like to thank you, as well as congratulate you on an excellent interior decorating course. I felt the course content was very thorough and comprehensive and I especially enjoyed the practical and business weeks. The visits to the fabric houses were very informative and the practical lectures on the upholstery and curtain-making were both enlightening and essential. The business week gave us a dose of reality and highlighted the fact that good business sense and practices are as essential as a knowledge of interior decorating skills.
